Airship tourism

Passengers who travelled on the giant silvery Zeppelins of the past enjoyed a degree of luxury and elegance unmatched by any other form of aviation. Now the airships are back, and what better way to view some of the greatest places on our planet.

Airship tourism is growing fast and the potential for new tourism operations is enormous. At present you can fly in Friedrichshafen, Germany, or over Tokyo and later this year the London and San Francisco operations are expected to take to the air, with New York and other locations not far behind. Sight-seeing flights usually last from 30 to 120 minutes, although there is scope for longer more exclusive flights. It is a fabulous way to enjoy the sights, and we see ourselves as being in the business of creating memories that people will cherish for a lifetime.

Airship Initiatives as independant airship consultants and brokers are involved in setting up operations in locations throughout the world. Our role is to examine the feasibility of a proposed operation, provide unbiased advise on the right airship for the job, procure an airship - whether it is a purchase or lease - and ensure that the operation gets off the ground. Working with us you are assured of a 24/7 consultancy and operational support well beyond the initial set up.

In addition we will advise on further revenue streams for an airship operation including advertising/sponsorship deals, filming and broadcasting and a variety of other ways of putting an airship to work. With our experience of twenty years of flying lighter-than-air passengers we know what we are talking about. Expertise which will save you time and money in the process.
